sadness, anger, or frustration as “bad” or wrong. Such
labels can may make you feel flawed and alienated from others. Despite
these feelings, there is also a knowing somewhere deep inside telling
you that within these emotions lies a powerful motivation to move
towards healing—towards something better. Together,
we will explore those dynamics keeping you stuck as well as those
that are working.
Although, it is common to self-judge or blame, I
believe we can work towards acceptance and forgiveness. Inside a
journey of self-discovery blossoms the compassion for yourself and
others.
